How to improve the lifetime of deaeration mixer?

It is always a problem regarding how to improve the lifetime of deaeration mixer.

Simda believes that only good maintenance can better improve the lifetime of deaeration mixer, the following guidance would be a good tips on how to do that.

1, New deaeration mixer maintenance, (also named as trial-run maintenance). The new or overhaul deaeration mixer need a trial run. After trail run, the deaeration mixer must be maintained. The main contents are: check if the power plug is fully inserted into the power inlet; check if there is material attached inside and around the container or rotation tray, please wipe it off quickly, if run the machine without wipe, the attached material will splatter and cause failure or fire;check if the packaging is severely damaged (broken or dented)

2, Routine maintenance. The deaeration mixer should be cleaned and inspected daily (after) operations.

3, Regular maintenance. The so-called technical maintenance, should be done on time item by item

4. Seasonal maintenance: the maintenance should be done before winter or summer, in order to make the machine adaptor to the temperature change more properly.
